Sea Rocket Bistro's chefs hit Sundance

We adore our clients and we love to see them shine. We're proud of their hard work and their contributions to their communities. So, when Sea Rocket Bistro's wonderful chefs, Chad White and Tommy Fraioli, were tapped to headline ChefDance, a film and culinary event held in Park City, UT during the Sundance Film Festival, we were, of course, beside ourselves.

Chef Chad has become a darling of the San Diego food world -- and his whimsical menu will, no doubt, wow the movers and shakers of Hollywood tonight. Did someone say kimchee cotton candy, Pop Rocks, shrimp dust and grape air? Check it out below, along with a nice writeup in Variety.
